Пациентка поступила с места происше

Пациентка поступила с места происшествия в крайне тяжелом состоянии в отделение реанимации, где было срочно проведено обследование. По данным рентгенографии и КТ диагностированы повреждения костей таза, множественные переломы ребер слева, гемопневмоторакс слева, ожоги, перелом правой таранной кости. После предоперационной подготовки 03.10.15 г. проведена операция: стабилизация таза АНФ (таз-бедро), дренирование левой плевральной полости.
