Третий зал посвящен истории и культуре этнических групп, живущих сегодня на просторах республики. Здесь выставлены интересные редкие документы и фотоматериалы, предметы быта, произведения искусства работы самых разных народов. Кроме того, в третьем зале размещается выставка «Казахстан в годы Великой Отечественной войны 1941—1945 гг.».
