Kuljetus Terviö asked us to find improvements to their operation. They should do some improvements in company’s shares. The biggest shareholder is at the moment Mr. Viljo Terviö. It might be a problem to have only one person who owns most of the stakes. Company’s shares could be checked to be more equal in nowadays business responsibilities.

Company’s self-suffiency ratio is excellent so there isn’t reason for focusing on it. Although it is 70% so there is still possibility to make even better.

Company’s turnover was good but it consist most from transporting. Warehousing is only 15% of it. It is too little part of turnover especially they are providing warehouse services too. They should do something to make that warehousing more bigger part of their turnover. At this point their warehouse is spending more money than making it.
