Владимир, по поводу шин – у нас нет каких-либо требований в их отношении, за исключением положений пункта 5.10 ГОСТ EN 474-1-2013 (=EN 474-1:2006 + A1:2009), который выглядит так:

5.10 Шины и ободья
Пневмоколесные землеройные машины должны иметь нагрузки на шины и ободья, соответствующие их применению.
Ободья должны иметь четкую маркировку, пример см. ISO 4250-3:2006.


Т.е. применяемая шина должна соответствовать расчетной нагрузке, а на ободе должна быть маркировка по ISO 4250-3:2006.
