ОЭИ должны удовлетворять нижеследующим методическим требованиям.
1. В связи с многообразием реальных технических систем и устройств и сложностью их функционирования предъявление учебного материала в ОЭИ должно строиться с опорой на взаимосвязь и взаимодействие понятийных, образных и действенных компонентов мышления.
2. ОЭИ должно обеспечить отражение системы научных понятий учебной дисциплины в виде иерархической структуры высокого порядка, каждый уровень которой соответствует определенному внутридисциплинарному уровню абстракции, а также обеспечить учет как одноуровневых, так и межуровневых логических взаимосвязей этих понятий.
3. ОЭИ должно предоставлять обучаемому возможность разнообразных контролируемых тренировочных действий с целью поэтапного повышения внутридисциплинарного уровня абстракции знаний учащихся на уровне усвоения, достаточном для осуществления алгоритмической и эвристической деятельности.

JOINT should provide the student an opportunity to various controlled training action for the phased increase of internal disciplinary knowledge abstraction layer absorption level sufficient to implement algorithmic and heuristic activities.

ESW should meet the following methodological requirements.
1. Due to the variety of real technical systems and devices, and the complexity of their operation in the presentation of educational material ESW must be built with the support of the relationship and interaction of conceptual, figurative thinking and effective components.
2. ESW should provide a reflection of the system of scientific concepts of the discipline in the form of higher-order hierarchical structure, each level which corresponds to a specific internal disciplinary level of abstraction, as well as provide account as single-level and inter-level logical relationships of these concepts.
3. ESW should provide the student an opportunity to a variety of controlled training activities with the aim of gradually raising the level of abstraction intradisciplinary knowledge of pupils at mastering sufficient for algorithmic and heuristic activity.
